For first-time half-marathoners and runners who regularly log an average of 10 to 15 kilometers per week, or run 2-3 times per week, for the last three months
For first-time half-marathoners and runners
For runners who have several years of experience, may have finished a half-marathon, and regularly log an average of 20 kilometer per week.
For runners who regularly average more than 20-30 kilometers per week or more for at least six months, and who want to develop speed over a longer distance.
The intensity (pace) is based on your current level, so that's we need it.
No problem - In the first week you do a calibration run in order to adjust your plan.

Need som extra information ?
Depending on your selected level you start with distances of 5 or 8 km for the long workout. At the end you reach app. 16-17 km as maximum distances.
Don't worry about this. The intelligent coach will calculate the perfect pace for the different workouts and guide you to run at that pace.
Depending on the running plan you choose we advice you to run 3-4 times a week, as this gives you the best progression.
It's up to you - select the days that best suit your everyday life, but avoid to train hard without a resting day
Every 4-5th week your running plan is adjusted to your current fitness level.
It's hard to predict a finish time, but after the first 6-8 weeks the intelligent coach will give you some estimates on you finish time.
