Beginners Half Marathon Plan

For first-time half-marathoners and runners who regularly log an average of 10 to 15 kilometers per week, or run 2-3 times per week, for the last three months

Intervals: (no)

Intermediate Half Marathon Plan

For first-time half-marathoners and runners have at least one year of experience and regularly log an average of 10 to 15 kilometers per week, or run 2-3 times per week, for the last three months

Advanced Half Marathon Plan I

For runners who have several years of experience, may have finished a half-marathon, and regularly log an average of 20 kilometer per week.

Intervals: (no)

Advanced Half Marathon Plan II

For runners who regularly average more than 20-30 kilometers per week or more for at least six months, and who want to develop speed over a longer distance.

Intervals: (YES)

Need som extra information ?

  • How far should I run?

    Depending on your selected level you start with distances of 5 or 8 km for the long workout. At the end you reach app. 16-17 km as maximum distances.

  • How fast do I have to run?

    Don't worry about this. The intelligent coach will calculate the perfect pace for the different workouts and guide you to run at that pace.

  • How often should I run?

    Depending on the running plan you choose we advice you to run 3-4 times a week, as this gives you the best progression.
